Emergency Maintenance

One of our suppliers has notified us of some essential emergency maintenance that needs to take place on the power supply in one of our tier 3 data centres.
Each one of our servers is dual powered and work will only be undertaken on 1 supply at a time meaning our servers should remain online throughout. Every effort has been made to ensure we have a supply, but with any maintenance there is still some risk involved.
Our ISP is planning to migrate some power circuits to a backup supply on the 15th between 22:00 and 00:00 to further minimise the risk and we have also taken the decision to migrate our database service to our backup Data Centre which will be un-effected by this maintenance.
We apologise for the short notice for this maintenance and will be monitoring our systems even more closely during this window.
