The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
At ASP, we are always striving to deliver the best user experience and stay ahead of the game when it becomes to our technology, to help us achieve this we will be performing a database upgrade on the 18th April.
To allow us to move your databases to a new server with minimal downtime, we will be implementing the following restrictions
- The back office will be unavailable for updates
- Exhibitors will NOT be able to login to the ASP Ezone
- Form Submissions using ASP forms will be unavailable.
- Rapport functionality will be unavailable
There may be periods where your site will be unavailable throughout the day, however, we will try to limit the impact on your website as much as possible. We don’t envisage any significant downtime during this maintenance window.
