Manual failover of the database servers has now happened and the affected server has been rebooted.
All systems are reporting as healthy, but we will continue to monitor these closely for any further issues that may occur.
Our monitoring systems have picked up a potential latency issue with our database servers. As a precaution we have taken the decision to failover our DB cluster to our secondary node in order to reboot the affected server.
